How We Work

The level of understanding of media/public relations varies among the clients for whom we work. To facilitate a positive working relationship, we conduct our business under a structured system so clients will clearly understand what we propose, what we are doing on their behalf and how much it will cost. We also want them to be able to track and evaluate the services we provide on their behalf so they are comfortable they have received value for money spent.

Thus, we prefer to work from a predetermined communications program and budget approved by the client in advance. Whether it's a small, one-time project or a large multi-year assignment, we always state clearly the objectives, strategies, target audiences, timing and budgets. In our view, this is a critical first step toward organized and effective communication. A description of activities performed on behalf of the client is always available upon request. Because, in many cases, we are providing ideas and the expertise of the staff, we are happy to keep the client informed.
